Biography
I am a rehabilitation psychologist and neuropsychologist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Dept. of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. I have experience working with a variety of medical patients and enjoy collaborating with our inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation teams. I primarily assess and treat individuals recovering from brain injuries, stroke, burns, long-Covid, and various neurological conditions.
I completed my doctorate in clinical psychology and neuropsychology at Nova Southeastern University in south Florida. I completed my predoctoral psychology internship at the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System in Biloxi, Mississippi, and my postdoctoral fellowship in rehabilitation psychology here at OSUWMC. My areas of clinical and research interest range from suicide assessment/prevention in persons with traumatic brain injury, to adjustment disorders, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and behavioral sleep medicine.
In my free time, I enjoy being out in nature, hiking at the Columbus metro parks, and checking out the local festivals and seasonal events.
