Biography
I am a board-certified pulmonary and critical care medicine physician at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I specialize in diagnosing and treating patients for various conditions including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, respiratory failure, and other complex lung disorders.
I take a collaborative approach to care, working with patients and specialists to develop treatment plans that are both effective and aligned with everyone's needs. My goal is to help patients breathe easier and live healthier lives.
In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I am passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of providers.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 11/3/2025, Dr. Kramer has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
