Took time to answer an unrelated question to the reason for my visit. Much appreciated!

I have seen two other neurologist at a different health care system. Their examinations and their questions were very superficial and they weren't much help to me. Dr. Agrawal performed a thorough examination and got to the root of my neurological condition. He addressed concerns that I have had since I was a child (I am 66 years old).

First thing he said to me was very insulting. Not friendly and rushed me out. Never discussed why I was sent to him. I had questions but never got to ask.

Provider eventually assessed my records and completed an adequate evaluation. However, upon initial visit was condescending and not a conducive demeanor to evaluating my situation. Thankfully, it concluded with what I needed to know.

My provider always shares the information that I need to have about my health situation. Answers my questions carefully and clearly. He is incredibly kind and thoughtful.
