Nice and will listen to me
Very knowledgeable
Care provider did not seem knowledgeable with T1Diabetes in a holistic way. What I mean by this is that while she was able to address most of my concerns - she had very little to say about me being out of infusion set supplies - and nothing close to a solution outside of waiting until it was straightened out between the Endo office, insurance, and CCS medical. Because of this non-solution - I needed to use Facebook groups and friends to fill the gap between my supply order. It is very discouraging that while I did tell her my situation - she seemed rushed - and ready to get through the appointment promptly.

I really like Rachel Dunn.
All good
She was very down to earth and attentive knew what was going on with my situation and was Informative about test results first time being seen by her and plan to again.
Rachel did a wonderful job going over what might be wrong. An appointment with the pump specialist the day before helped this visit. Great explanation of what might be wrong and made pump changes.
