Biography
As a family medicine physician, I believe that each patient and their family are unique and have their own individual needs. I focus on listening to my patients, meeting them where they are and individualizing their care with compassion. In addition, as a parent of a son with special needs I strive to create an environment that is welcoming to all. In my practice I treat a very broad range of conditions in both children and adults and have a particular interest in the management of diabetes, osteoarthritis, asthma and COPD. I am also a native Spanish speaker.
Having graduated from the College of Medicine at The Ohio State University I am very excited to be back at the Wexner Medical Center where I can work with a diverse patient population, teach residents and medical students and practice at the leading edge of medicine.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children and watching OSU football.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

Dr. Bond is a very good listener and explains medical issues in easy to understand terms.

I really, really like this provider, but I had to wait a YEAR for an appointment for a physical. I can't see him if I have an acute problem because I can't get an appointment. Still, I really like him!

My provider is great. He always listens to concerns and if he wants to follow up with anything, he explains. Something I also really appreciate, often, when I look at the notes in MyChart, with other providers, there will be things in there that is incorrect. This doesn't happen with Bond. I appreciate his thoroughness. I don't think I could ask for a better provider.Also, maybe it's in my chart, but Bond always remembers the name of my spouse and says hello to him when he's with me. It's a nice touch.
