I am a board-certified?sleep medicine physician?at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I specialize in diagnosing and treating patients with sleep-related conditions including?sleep apnea, insomnia, restless legs syndrome, and other complex sleep disorders.
My patients can rely on me for high quality, compassionate care and honest communication in every encounter. I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of skilled experts to ensure each patient receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs and values.
In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I am passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of providers. I am an assistant clinical professor of Internal Medicine in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at The Ohio State University College of Medicine.

A wonderful doctor.
Dr. Donald is an expert in sleep apnea and lung disorders. I have central sleep apnea which affects alot of my metabolic functions. He is a very competent, professional and caring expert in sleep disoders. I am lucky to have him as my OSU MD.

Dr. Ryan Donald is a very good sleep apnea doctor. He was most patient with me and stayed extra time. This was my first appointment with him and I made an appointment with him for my next visit. He discussed the pressure and the features of my sleep apnea machine.. He asked questions that made me more aware of how I feel after using the machine. He had studied the Air View Therapy Report and told me how I can have better results..

He was very good at typing all my concerns and comments during the visit but I would have preferred just sitting and listening to me first.
Dr. Donald always listens to me and my concerns; asks to make sure that my treatment is going well and that I'm not having any problems; and explains everything I need him to in a calm and patient way. He also never makes me feel like he's trying to rush to get to the end of the appointment.
