Consulting and related relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 11/3/2025, Sandra Palmer has reported no relationships with companies or entities.

She basically saved my life. I wasn't doing great health wise. I'm doing pretty good now. A good percentage of that is because I finally got a great PCP that listens, understands and actually cares. Give her a raise.
Everything needed
Dr. Palmer is a treasure! She's super knowledgeable and never makes me feel like she's dumbing anything down for me, but at the same time never talks over my head. It feels like I'm a partner in my care, she offers key advice from her great expertise and wide medical knowledge base but also respects and requests my input. I've never had a primary care doctor I related to or trusted the way I do Dr. Palmer. She's an amazingly capable and knowledgeable professional as well as being a genuinely caring and relatable person. I'm truly grateful for her and the team, and am sure I would not be anywhere near as healthy without them. I used to do anything to avoid going to the doctor. But with the trust and rapport I have with Dr. Palmer and her team, I'm taking really good proactive care of myself now. She's truly a blessing!
Professionally met expectations
Dr. Palmer is always friendly and attentive. She explains everything thoroughly but also in an understandable and relatable way.
A particular favorite due to my PCP (Dr. Sandra Palmer) -- she always takes time to listen, as many others have indicated in their reviews of this practice, and is always up-to-date on my records (I've received care from OSU providers for over 30 years and would not recommend any of the "other places"). With her expertise, I've been able to reduce medications / dosages and avoid new meds (fingers crossed). She and I discussed medications / vaccinations AND reducing visits to 2 specialists, Urology & Sleep Medicine.
Very good
She is remarkable. She is good enough that I don't mind her running behind a bit. I would still highly recommend her.
No issues
Always good experience I think she listens and advises me appropriately all went
Excellent care as always
Friendly, caring, professional, excellent listener, very responsive to needs.
Very professional and interested in my medical questions
Always good. To the point. Educates me on health needs with compassion as a patient. I sometimes toss a joke, perhaps absurd. She handles them professionally with seemingly no extensive thinking. Kind, intelligent, to the point. This app included a med student who quietly observed & acknowledged me as a patient with a smile & kind understanding Eye contact.
Awesome doctor
Good
Dr sandra is a very nice and respectful person every visit and each time I need her and message her she answers at the same day
Excellent and compassionate care. Dr. Palmer was both knowledgeable and empathetic to my concerns and took the time to explain options I really felt like she would go out of her way to help me with anything I needed. Will be having my whole family establish with her.
Dr. Palmer is the best! The resident with her was also wonderful, really listened to me and took the time with me.
Very good
