Biography
I am a nurse practitioner with over 12 years of experience, including more than a decade dedicated to caring for adults and children. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong foundation in primary and urgent care, but my true calling has always been geriatrics. Currently, I provide primary care services at a clinic focused on adults aged 65 and older. Supporting this population is deeply fulfilling – so much so that it never truly feels like work.
In my free time, I love watching my kids do the things they’re passionate about. I also care for a small flock of chickens, which has become a passion.

I was worried about finding a new primary care provider after both of my long-time physicians retired in 2025. The person I called to schedule an appointment was very attentive and helpful. After my first visit with her, I was more than happy to have been referred to Sarah Hartfield APRN-CNP and will continue to rely on her in the future for my primary care.

My dad's healthcare provider, Sarah, has been an exceptional provider. She listens carefully and takes times to address all of my dad's concerns. His dementia can make communication challenging but she always has patience and warmth when working with him. She is rely a gifted provider.
