Biography
I am a nurse practitioner with over 12 years of experience, including more than a decade dedicated to caring for adults and children. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong foundation in primary and urgent care, but my true calling has always been geriatrics. Currently, I provide primary care services at a clinic focused on adults aged 65 and older. Supporting this population is deeply fulfilling – so much so that it never truly feels like work.
In my free time, I love watching my kids do the things they’re passionate about. I also care for a small flock of chickens, which has become a passion.

The provider, even though this was my first visit, was well-informed of my complicated medical picture. By the end of my appointment she had suggested appointments and referrals to several specialists. Within 24 hours, 3 appointments were on the books. She understood my history.
Sarah Hartfield is the best. I just love her. She listens to me. She answers my questions. She makes me feel very comfortable and she knows all my medical history and needs

I was worried about finding a new primary care provider after both of my long-time physicians retired in 2025. The person I called to schedule an appointment was very attentive and helpful.
