Biography

My patients can rely on me to provide compassionate and up-to-date care for them throughout their health care journeys. I’m involved in every aspect of their care from diagnosis to treatment and will help develop a customized care plan tailored to each patient’s specific needs.

I have been involved in research efforts for more than 15 years. I work with clinical research patients daily and I spend a lot of time working on clinical trials. I currently serve as key personnel, as sub-investigator or as principal investigator (PI) for more than 30 clinical trials within neuromuscular neurology. I’m especially passionate about ALS, spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) and myasthenia gravis clinical research.

I’m a certified clinical research coordinator as recognized by the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. I’ve held positions in clinical research including clinical research coordinator, senior research coordinator, research nurse, research manager, sub-investigator and PI. I’ve also presented scientific posters at the American Academy of Neurology, the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), the Northeast ALS Consortium and Cure SMA annual meetings.

When I’m not working, I love hanging out with my son. I enjoy swimming, gardening, spin class, jewelry making and traveling.
