Biography
As a urogynecologist, I treat women with various pelvic floor disorders including urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. These conditions are common in women and often affect patients’ quality of life. We are able to offer treatment options that can significantly improve how women go about their daily lives. I believe in providing care that is individualized to each patient to help meet her health care goals.
My interests include minimally invasive surgery, surgical outcomes and finding ways to improve patients’ quality of life.
My favorite parts about working at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center are the people that I work with and the collegial environment.
When I’m not working I love spending time with my family and friends and staying active. I enjoy the outdoors and traveling when I can.

Consulting and related relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

Attentive, patient, friendly
The doctor I saw was very nice and very concerned about my situation. She asked several questions to fully understand my problem. She gave me options on how to fix my problem. I appreciated everything she did for me. The doctor was very professional while I was examined. She also gave me paperwork to look at regarding my issue with my bladder.

She is very professional but very caring. She explains treatments and medical information very well.
She is very professional, organized & explains things well. She took a few minutes extra, despite her very busy schedule as she knew I was a bit anxious about this 1st time procedure.
