Even before studying neurology, I was always fascinated by the brain and how it can make us who we are. Now, I'm a board certified neurologist with a subspecialty in Alzheimer's Disease and other dementias. I always do my best to listen to all of my patients' concerns and find solutions that will help them live to their fullest capabilities. It's important to me that every patient is an active participant in their own care and that the well-being of the patient's caregiver is addressed as well.
The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center also gives patients with cognitive and memory disorders the opportunity to benefit from new discoveries and scientific advancements through medical trials.
In my free time, I enjoy painting, gardening, playing the guitar and spending time with my family.

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

The doctor is the best we've had in OSU neurology and we've seen three or four since we started going to OSU neurology. I appreciate how attentive she is with her questions and concerns. She explains it in terms, I understand, shares knowledge and I learn something new with each visit. The doctor is amazing and I appreciate having her be an advocate for my husband.
Excellent listener and caring provider.
Excellent care from provider. Answered many questions I had regarding my condition and concerns. Answered questions my husband had regarding my condition also. Knowing my family history she scheduled further testing.
