Dr. Viljoen was amazing. He was very professional, was genuinely interested in hearing what I had to say regarding my back issues, he explained options and next steps in a way that was respectful and helpful, and he spent plenty of time with me - I didn't feel rushed at all.
Good
My experience was good. It was my first time seeing him. He explained information in terms I could easily understand. He answered all my questions. The follow up with his nurse afterwards was good. She provided a booklet. She hit the highlights in the book. She gave me the booklet to read at home. He told me to expect a phone call from scheduling.
I felt the Dr explained everything very well. He showed and explained the xrays. I feel comfortable with the plan of treatment.
Dr. Viji-Jeoun was very pleasant and helpful.
