Nurse Practitioner
A nurse practitioner is extensively trained to treat illness or disease and to prescribe medication to their patients. They work on teams with a licensed physician, but can treat patients with significant autonomy. Nurse practitioners work in a variety of settings, including primary care and various other medical and surgical specialties.

Tasha is very talented; she cares about her patients. I could tell she took time with all of her patients, just by the way she cared for me (first time visit with Tasha)
Tasha is very nice but never takes the time to measure me (or check heart beat before I started stress test), check to see if baby is head down, etc. When my MD was there I was always measuring 2 weeks behind, I was to get another ultrasound to make sure things were OK but that has not happened. My floating MA and myself had to finally ask for a urine sample after my 38 week appointment (I did not get one at my 37 week).

Tasha was very thorough, friendly, and knew my history well. She was able to easily answer questions and discuss the next steps after my visit.

She didn't seem to truly care they were there or not. I haven't seen them before but they didn't even know if I had a child or not because my boyfriend's child was with us. Asked me nothing regarding my pain or anything. It was honestly a waste of my time to go there it felt like. It's sad how I was treated. My boyfriend who never says ANYTHING was livid about the appointment. I'm still having problems.
