I had to wait way too long in a horrible uncomfortable position - face down, & my shoulder is very painful - for the doctor to come in to start. Also, she left right away, before I knew it, so I wasn't able to ask her any questions regarding the procedure & my reaction to it. While she was there, she did tell me what was going on & was very courteous.

Dr. Luke was outstanding. I asked questions she answered everyone. She said exactly what was going to happen what I would feel. She is the only doctor I will ever see for this. She is very courtesy and caring.
