Biography
I specialize in caring for patients with diverse gastroenterology diseases and performing complex endoscopic procedures. I regularly treat patients for biliary tract diseases, pancreatic cancers, biliary obstruction, pancreatic cysts and pancreatic diseases.
I am especially passionate about this field because I have family background in it. I followed in my father’s footsteps, earning my medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati. I went on to complete my internal medicine residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. There, I had significant exposure to patients with a wide variety of gastrointestinal and liver diseases, further cementing my interest in this field.
I appreciate that The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is committed to patient-centered care that includes close patient-provider interactions, while also providing access to multiple subspeciality experts. This dual approach enhances the care we can offer to our patients.
