Physical Therapist
With a background in collegiate sport participation, I understand the multi-faceted needs of athletes. I aspire to bridge the gap between traditional rehabilitation and strength/conditioning. Regardless of age or skill level, I believe that every individual should be able to perform the foundational human movement patterns of the squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull and carry to some capacity. All of these motions can be prioritized and scaled to individual skill levels to reduce pain, optimize function and produce a positive training effect. I pride myself on treating the whole individual and not only current symptomology. In addition to normal clinic hours, I am an active member of Ohio State's Tactical Rehab and Conditioning (TRAC) program specifically designed to meet the unique rehabilitation and training demands of the tactical operator (firefighters, police officers, military, etc.)

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
