experimenting with my health and fitness goals in different environments. I believe every individual always has more to offer, and I am determined to help people learn more about
themselves and what they are truly capable of. I think it is so important to be physically active, not only to reach your fitness goals, but to simply feel good in all of your activities of daily living.
A fun fact about me is that I have the biggest, sweet tooth!
