Background: After a knee injury in high school and long days spent in physical therapy, Ashlyn found her passion for helping others through physical activity. Her favorite types of exercise are lifting weights and hiking in nature. She currently works for OSU's EIM Program at the Upper Arlington Outpatient Care facility and the Hilliard Community Center. Ashlyn feels blessed to have the opportunity to help participants grow through something she loves: exercise!
