Background: Cheyenne’s passion for living an active lifestyle stems from her love for the outdoors. Growing up in Upper Michigan, she wanted to pursue a field where she could combine her love for the planet with wellness. She played various sports growing up and eventually joined the women’s rugby team during her undergraduate studies at Ohio Wesleyan University. Outside of the Fitness Center, Cheyenne enjoys taking her dogs, Kodiak and Calloway, on walks, weightlifting, traveling, and studying the diets of large mammals from the Ice Age!
