Background: I started my professional fitness and wellness journey over 8 years ago as a Health and Wellness Coach for a hospital in Indiana. I loved it, but also knew I wanted to get out of the office chair and in the trenches with my clients, showing them how to move and not just talking about it. Practice what you preach, right?! My philosophy is pretty simple: be consistent. If you show up and put in the work good things will happen.
I believe creating workouts that are functional and complement your lifestyle will make the day-to-day more enjoyable and improve your overall quality of life. So, whether you’re looking to improve shoulder mobility for the upcoming golf season, or lower body strength and endurance for a summer backpacking trip, let me help you reach your goals. When I’m not training, you’ll find me on the golf course (bunker and trees more like it), helping out on the family farm, or in the woods hunting whitetail. Fun fact about me, and not something I’ve been proud in sharing until November 27, 2021: I’m a Michigan fan. Go Blue!
