Bio: I have always been active and loved participating in exercise, especially running, strength training, and Pilates. I danced and ran track throughout school and have coached various youth sports. I am strongly passionate about health and wellness, both physical and mental. I have special interests in sport psychology and the role of exercise in reducing stress and supporting mental health.
