Background: I have been a fitness professional for almost 15 years, and I wholeheartedly believe “Exercise is Medicine”. As a former professional soccer player and currently serving as the Bexley High School Head Soccer Coach, I take my love for sports, fitness, and athletics to help hundreds of athletes of all skill levels. Recently, I was named MSL Coach of the Year in 2021, 2022 and 2023 and Dispatch All-Metro Coach of the Year in 2022. At The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center and Health and Fitness Center, I oversee the Fitness Center as the General Manager. I love working with individuals to create a path to success, both physically and mentally, and take great pride in watching them achieve the goals they’ve worked so hard for. My goal is to make this THE premier facility in the city!
