Background
Megan is passionate about promoting science-based, human-centered approaches to fitness and wellness. With a strong belief in the connection between mind, body, and breath, she advocates for movement that supports the whole person—physically and mentally. Megan’s favorite exercise is the deadlift, and she loves helping others find strength and confidence through movement.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, reading, exercising, traveling, and cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes.
