Background: I devote time to the fitness floor for any help and assistance needed by members. Spent many years with a cycling club and its racing team. Skiing background includes racing for Ohio State and several years as a ski instructor. Other passions include being a stage performer of classical voice in 5 languages, comedy and acting. Also, an author of 3 books and working on a forth. As for the name?? Flipper is a nickname I have had for over 20 years and has stayed with me. That’s why they put me in the pool area.
Specialties: Cardio exercise. A diverse background in athletics and fitness with an emphasis on cycling and skiing. Within the fitness center I am the coordinator for cycling events. Responsible for the daily pool operations.
