We need your help

The Healthy Community Center provides services to address the most pressing health needs of Near East Side residents outside the walls of traditional health clinics and hospitals. The center is on track to begin serving the public in early 2024.

The need is great

Data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention illustrate how health outcomes vary in neighboring communities.

Compared with residents in adjoining Bexley, those who live in the Near East Side neighborhood are more likely to suffer from high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity and overall lower life expectancy.

Community investments make it possible to provide services at no charge to those who need them most.

We’ve already invested millions of dollars to renovate the building, but investors are needed to help fund ongoing center operations and additional capital enhancements.
