The heart and vascular clinical pharmacists at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center provide comprehensive medication management, monitoring and education in collaboration with our cardiovascular providers. All are credentialed by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties or practice-related subspecialties. This means they are highly qualified to manage and modify chronic cardiovascular risk and disease through pharmacotherapy. During an office visit, the care team may include multiple members of the interdisciplinary team, while other visits may be pharmacist-led. Our pharmacy care services are offered at multiple Ohio State Wexner Medical Center locations throughout central Ohio, and are committed to providing optimal personalized care for our patients and their families.

Appointment hours vary by clinic and location, but pharmacy care teams can be contacted Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
