About Me
I became an Ob/Gyn because I’m passionate about providing care and support to women throughout all life stages, including the most pivotal moments. I admire the influential role that women have within families and how they give so much to those around them. I value patient autonomy and I feel it’s my purpose to promote, empower and educate women about their health.
When patients come to see me, they can expect a down-to-earth, individualized approach. I highly value the relationships I build with my patients, and work hard to meet patients where they are. I always consider a patient’s unique needs and desires — physical, emotional, mental and spiritual — when developing a treatment plan.
I specialize in general obstetrics and gynecology, meaning I care for women during pregnancy, labor and childbirth. I also manage gynecologic conditions affecting the vagina, cervix, uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries, and perform a wide variety of gynecologic procedures and surgeries including minimally invasive surgeries.
I have a particular interest in the management of uterine fibroids because this condition impacts a sizable proportion of women. My passion for this work helped lead to the development of a Multidisciplinary Uterine Fibroid Clinic here at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. This clinic offers advanced diagnosis and personalized treatment options for women with uterine fibroids and utilizes a multidisciplinary approach when necessary.
My time as a resident influenced my decision to pursue academic medicine. Guiding the next generation of medical students and Ob/Gyn residents is among the most important work in the continued advancement of the field. I currently serve as the clerkship director for all third-year medical students rotating through Ob/Gyn clerkships at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. I also work with medical students in their final year of education who have decided to pursue Ob/Gyn for their careers. I provide mentorship, guidance and education as these students apply and transition to their residency training programs. I am actively involved in the recruitment of diverse students and faculty to our field and routinely mentor and work with students at all stages of education to get exposure to Obstetrics and Gynecology.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my two small children, and friends. I also make time for fulfilling hobbies such as bike riding, dancing, reading, traveling and all things Peloton.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 09/30/2024, Dr. Bondurant-Sullivan has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
She listened to my concerns, I felt heard at this visit. She came up with a plan for my care that both of us were comfortable with!
Very good and attentive
My provider has always been amazing
She listened, didn't make me feel silly, was thorough, and super helpful. Able to give me answers that I had been needing. I already referred a family member to her.
Very good. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything really well. She was very easy to talk to.
Everything went ok
Excellent communication, bedside manner, professional, and she made me feel heard and seen. Also very pleasant.
I asked for testing and was a little apprehensive but she was encouraging and that made me feel better.
Dr. Bondurant is a great doctor. I happened upon her when I wanted a second opinion. And what a great person! She's knowledgeable, compassionate, approachable, and a true partner for a patient when it comes to address health concerns. I'm so happy to have met her and to work with her.

Dr. Bondurant has exceptional talent for patient-physician interactions. She is patient and explains things thoroughly and in appropriate detail, she always makes me feel heard and not rushed. She is the first physician in my life that I have felt comfortable asking questions of, and I wish more doctors were like her. 11/10 would recommend.

I LOVE Dr. Bondurant. She is always very pleasant.
No complaints here, just wish I didn't have to wait so long to get appt.
Dr. Bondurant-Sullivan is exceptional. She even rushed to make on time to be a part of my unscheduled C-section. She went above & beyond, & I could not be more appreciative.
Great.
Absolutely love my doctor!
Due to a change of insurance I had to use a different OB-GYN for a few years but now that I have Medicare I can go where I choose. This is the care I've found and I have recommended this office to my girls.
Dr. Bondurant-Sullivan was very short with me once she found out that I had had surgery w/another provider. She had not reviewed my medical records prior to my appt. Once she found out about the surgery, the visit was pretty much over. She did not answer my questions or seem concerned about my health. This is NOT what I have experienced w/her in the past.
Dr. Sullivan is amazing, She spends time going over my issues, answering my questions and truly seems to care about me and my issues.
Awesome! Dr. B. is the BEST provider I've had since coming to OSU 15 years ago. My other providers lack good chair side manners and empathy. Dr. B. care!
The way she listened and understood what was difficult to explain made me feel seen and heard
Excellent doctor who explained every option & patiently answered questions.
This was my first visit with this care provider and she was pleasant and easy to talk to.
She sat down and really listened. She offered many suggestions to problems I brought up. She was easy to talk to and friendly. I liked that she could joke around a little:)
Dr is excellent in every way!
The provider could've been more proactive about providing me with proper care during my pregnancy . She did the bare minimum
My provider was prepared to meet with me and carefully address all my questions regarding the procedure
Dr. Bondurant is attentive and shows great care and confidence. We like her very much.
