On Feb. 22, we opened our new, 26-story University Hospital. This state-of-the-art facility is the new heart of our medical campus.
New building names
As we grow, we've updated the names of existing buildings to make it easier for you to find your way around our expanded campus.

Where to go for your appointment
To make sure you arrive at the right place, please follow the schedule below.
Starting Feb. 22, 2026:
- Appointments at "University Hospital": Go to the new University Hospital tower at 520 W. 10th Ave.
- Appointments at "University Hospital – Rhodes / Doan / Pavilion": Continue to go to the existing buildings.
Each of our University Hospital facilities — along with The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute and the Ohio State Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital — are connected on the ground floor so that you can easily travel from one building to the next. If you are unsure where to go, please visit an information desk or contact your care team before your appointment.
Road name changes
Along with updating our building names, some road names on the medical center campus have also changed.
Starting Feb. 17, 2026:
- The service road to the Wexner Medical Center Garage renamed “Medical Center Drive West.”
- “Dodd Drive East” renamed “Medical Center Drive East.”
- “Medical Center Drive” renamed “Eastpark Street” where it intersects with Westpark Street.
