Experience and Interests

Jen graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and began her career in home health and skilled nursing care. Jen has 23 years of experience in OT (Occupational Therapist), 20 years being at Wexner Medical Center at OSU (Ohio State University). During the first 13 years at OSU, Jen worked specifically with orthopedic trauma, intensive care/ trauma and burn care population. She then received a specialized certification for hand therapy in 2017 and moved to the outpatient Hand Therapy Team. Jen enjoys working with various upper extremity diagnoses including: carpal tunnel syndrome, orthopedic/ traumatic injuries including burns and fractures, stiffness/ pain to shoulders, elbows and wrists, etc. Jen has initiated quarterly Hand Therapy Focus Group meetings for the OSU Hand Center to bridge communicate and collaboration with all members of the Upper Extremity team across multi center sites.

Jen enjoys spending her free time with her husband and son and lives in Worthington. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and running.
