Experience and Interests
Most of Sara’s experience has been in rehabilitation of neurological disorders in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings. She treats patients with brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and other chronic neurological disorders. She also has experience treating orthopedic conditions such as arthritis, upper extremity injury or overuse syndromes, total joint replacement and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Sara has had extensive training in PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) and some training in NDT (neurodevelopmental treatment) techniques and uses these treatment approaches in her practice.
