Experience and Interests
Matt has worked in the field of rehabilitation since 2013, focused on complex seating and mobility. His clinical expertise includes pediatric as well as adult rehabilitation. Matt has taught for and collaborated with the Ohio State Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy programs. He was a clinical mentor for the Ohio State Rehabilitation Engineering Capstone senior design team and led his team to the finals at the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America (RESNA) student design competition. He is a member of Ohio State’s Adapted Sports Institute and avid volunteer with adapted sports. Matt is a coach with the adapted swim team at Columbus Parks and Recreation. He is a member of American Physical Therapy Association, Ohio Physical Therapy Association and RESNA. He has presented at the RESNA national conference.
