The Ohio State Complex Care Program is a multi-disciplinary service designed to provide primary and preventive care for young adults with chronic conditions. The program lets them transition smoothly from pediatric to adult medical care and facilities. Directed by Katrina Johnson, MD, the program focuses on coordinating care with our outpatient and inpatient specialists.
