The Magnet model, utilized by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, promotes excellence, innovation and quality in nursing. It comprises five key components:
- Transformational leadership: Inspiring excellence and empowerment within our team.
- Structural empowerment: Cultivating an environment that fosters growth and collaboration.
- Exemplary professional practice: Delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care of the highest standards.
- New knowledge, innovation and improvements: Pursuing learning and innovation to enhance patient outcomes.
- Empirical quality results: Achieving measurable improvements in patient care.
The articles in this report vividly illustrate how our team exemplifies these components. From transformational leadership to innovative projects, our nurses consistently deliver excellence.
I encourage each of you to review the report and reflect on the remarkable work happening throughout our organization. Your dedication and passion are invaluable as we continue our journey toward excellence and our fifth Magnet designation.
