He spent the time asking the question about my history listening to me and explaining how we were going to move forward. He was friendly and spoke how I would understand what was happening.

He didn't clean hands when he entered room. However, he did put on his mask. He's very attentive and listens well. Very knowledgeable and genuinely cares. It was the end of the day for him and I had a lot of questions which he patiently listened to and answered.

Very kind, knowledgeable, interested and not in a rush. I appreciate his professionalism. He was very through with exam and info gathering. He had obviously reviewed my history before coming in to see me and I found that reassuring.
