GOOD - he prescribed a med change - as yet, it is too soon to tell if it will fix the problem, BUT, it seems to be making a difference. NOT GOOD - I know these providers are very busy, and I appreciate that. BEST, I expected more discussion, questions, and a little more time. To be fair, the provider had gone over all of my records.

Very professional courteous. Was concerned about making sure my health care coverage would cover any expensive treatments.

Answered many questions I had, put me on a correct dose of inhaler and schedule more testing. Outstanding experience!

I can't begin to tell you what an incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable and diligent doctor that Dr. Persons is. He has messaged back and forth with me several times in one day and worked through calls with other doctors to consult on my case. He is wonderful.

Dr. Parsons is remarkable - professional, yet caring. He'd called me to let me know results of scan as soon as he got the pathologist's report; he knew I was anxious & didn't want me to wait over the weekend! HUGE thanks for that!

I was very pleased with the amount of time he gave me & how he explained everything to me.
