Biography
I am a nurse practitioner in the Division of Colorectal Surgery, providing care for patients undergoing surgical treatment for diseases of the colon, rectum and anus. I am devoted to providing individualized care and fostering patient-provider relationships built on respect, transparency, empathy and safety. Patients can rely on me for high quality, compassionate care and honest communication in every encounter.
I enjoy collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of skilled experts to ensure each patient receives personal care tailored to their unique needs and values. I am passionate about educating patients to enhance understanding of their disease and treatment options.
I have committed 15 years of my nursing career to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, prior to my role as an advanced practice provider. I feel there are endless opportunities for education, as well as personal and professional growth within the academic setting.

I feel like she truly cared about my health problems, how I felt about them and went over how to help me!! She made an uncomfortable and scarey visit, comfortable and not so scarey.
