Dr. Augostini is the best. He described what was going on with me in very practical terms where even a 5th. grader could understand.

Provider walked into room and did not acknowledge me, instead he continued to talk to fellow as if I was not in the room. As a person in the medical field I was able to follow his conversation. MD did not answer any questions of mine and instead I began tearing up during appointment because my questions were being shut down. He did not review my chart or test results and repeatedly asked "well why are you here?" "do you need to see me again throughout session was disrespectful. There was no compassion or caring when I stated concerns. I left with just as many questions as I came in with and now have to pay again to see a different provider who will take time to answer my questions.
