The Behavioral Health Urgent Care clinic at Outpatient Care Powell is a behavioral health program for adults, 18 years of age and older needing mental and behavioral health services bridged until they can meet with their outpatient provider. We also offer help to those needing an appointment for urgent needs.

Term of Services: Receive Behavioral Health Urgent Care services for two months or until appointment with ongoing outpatient provider, whichever is sooner.
Payment: Most Medicare, Medicaid and private insurances accepted. Self-Pay also available.

Valet parking service is available at Martha Morehouse Outpatient Care, Outpatient Care Dublin, Outpatient Care New Albany, Outpatient Care Powell and East Hospital, and at these main campus locations (James Cancer Hospital, Ross Heart Hospital, University Hospital and University Hospital – Pavilion). Valet parking costs may vary per location.

Valet parking accepts cash, credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. After your visit, you can request your vehicle by:

  • Presenting your ticket at the cashier podium
  • Calling the valet team using the phone number on your ticket
  • Scanning the QR code on your ticket
  • Using the “Text Down” feature listed on your ticket

  • Sunday: Closed
