Food processor, crockpot, can opening, cutting board and knife
Ingredients
- 2 cans white beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
- 2/3 cup medium or hot buffalo sauce
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced green onion
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- Carrot sticks and celery sticks, for serving
Directions
- In the bowl of a food processor, add in 1 can of drained and rinsed white beans, creamed cheese, Greek yogurt, and buffalo sauce. Process until smooth. Pour into a crockpot.
- Gently stir in the remaining can of rinsed and drained beans, packet of ranch seasoning, and green onions. Add remaining cheese on top and let cook in the crockpot on high heat for 1-2 hours or low heat for 3-4 hours.
- Garnish with cilantro and extra green onion. Serve with celery sticks and carrot sticks for dipping.
