Chia Seed Pudding

Items Needed:
Medium bowl, whisk
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, soy, oat, etc.)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 2 cups mixed berries
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except for the berries. Whisk until the chia and flax seeds have been distributed and all ingredients are well combined. Store in the refrigerator overnight.
- To serve, scoop into bowls and top each bowl with 1/2 cup of berries. Drizzle with more agave syrup as needed.
