1 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, soy, oat, etc.)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons agave syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
2 cups mixed berries
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except for the berries. Whisk until the chia and flax seeds have been distributed and all ingredients are well combined. Store in the refrigerator overnight.
To serve, scoop into bowls and top each bowl with 1/2 cup of berries. Drizzle with more agave syrup as needed.
