Biography
I am a physical therapist and clinic manager, specializing in sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation. My practice at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center focuses on helping patients recover from injuries, restore pain-free movement and return to the activities that matter most to them.
As a physical therapist in the Division of Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation within Rehabilitation Services, I enjoy treating a wide variety of orthopedic and sports-related conditions in patients of all ages. I have a particular interest in upper-extremity and shoulder rehabilitation, and I work closely with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan that supports their goals and promotes long-term recovery.
I believe successful rehabilitation starts with understanding each patient's unique needs, lifestyle and activity level. Whether they are recovering from an injury, managing pain or returning to sport, I strive to provide evidence-based care that helps patients regain function, improve performance and return confidently to the activities they enjoy.
In addition to treating patients, I serve as the manager of the Sports Medicine Rehabilitation clinics at the Philip Heit Center for Healthy New Albany and Denison University. My clinical interests include sports medicine, orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, dry needling, blood flow restriction training and other rehabilitation techniques that support optimal recovery and performance.
