We’re going to paperless bills in June

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is excited to announce we’re going to paperless billing. Paperless billing is more secure, convenient and eco-friendly. This move supports our commitment to minimizing health care costs and reducing our environmental footprint.

If you have a MyChart account and have not selected a billing preference, you will no longer receive a paper statement beginning June 7, 2022. You'll be notified of new billing statements through email and the Ohio State MyHealth mobile app. If you have selected to receive paper statements, this change will not affect you.
