Event Resources

There is no longer a support team to provide custom room layouts. The tables/chairs default to a forward-facing arrangement. Users can move the furniture as needed themselves but are fully expected to ensure that the room will be returned as found at the completion of the event. Building administration has communicated that user groups will be financially responsible for any damage caused to the flooring as a result of their event. Groups that do not follow guidelines to return the room as found potentially may be asked by building coordinators not to return.

There is not a group that provides room setup for tables and chairs in DHLRI. Rooms are provided "as is" and users are expected to reset the room at the conclusion of their event to the configuration it was provided in at the start of their event.

Setup for tables and chairs in The James is provided by Environmental Services (EVS). To schedule a room setup, please email John.Guardiola@osumc.edu. If you are unable to reach John by email, please contact him by phone at 614-685-7889. If you have a short notice or immediate need, you can call James EVS dispatch at 614-685-8860.
