Events & Video Production does not provide room setup of tables and chairs. Each building varies in how room setup works. Some buildings have groups that provide the service and some buildings do not.
*Per OSUMC Space Committee as of 5/6/22 - The room(s) must be returned to its original condition & configuration. Leftover food and trash must be removed. Furniture may not be borrowed or moved from other rooms.

NOTE: Only James and Ross have room setup providers for tables and chairs.
There is no longer a support team to provide custom room layouts. The tables/chairs default to a forward-facing arrangement. Users can move the furniture as needed themselves but are fully expected to ensure that the room will be returned as found at the completion of the event. Building administration has communicated that user groups will be financially responsible for any damage caused to the flooring as a result of their event. Groups that do not follow guidelines to return the room as found potentially may be asked by building coordinators not to return.
There is not a group that provides room setup for tables and chairs in DHLRI. Rooms are provided "as is" and users are expected to reset the room at the conclusion of their event to the configuration it was provided in at the start of their event.
There is not a group that provides room setup for tables and chairs in Graves Hall. Rooms are provided "as is" and users are expected to reset the room at the conclusion of their event to the configuration it was provided in at the start of their event.
