Medical records on mobile

Viewing, downloading and sharing your medical records are now optimized for mobile devices. Whether you’re using a smartphone or tablet, sharing a copy of your visit records will be just as easy as it is from a desktop or laptop computer. Download your medical visit records.

Remove scheduling recommendations

Appointments your provider suggests scheduling can now be deleted from your home screen. If you’ve already completed the visit, or prefer to decline, you can now clear these messages out of your health feed without contacting your care team. Log in to MyChart to see if you have any pending scheduling recommendations.

Continuing a message

When sending a message to your provider, you’ll have the option to continue an existing conversation with a member of your care team instead of starting a brand new thread. Visit Message Center in MyChart.

Education resources

Before or after a visit, your care team may suggest to you items such as articles or videos. This section has a new look in MyChart, making it easier to view your Education items.

Enroll in digital care plans

Your provider may recommend you enroll in a free digital care plan to help you stay healthy between visits. We have Care Companion plans available for a variety of health conditions – visit My Care Plans in MyChart to view any care plans that your provider has suggested for you.

Quit smoking with the help of a digital assistant

If you’re looking for support quitting, current patients can now self-enroll in a free Smoking Cessation Care Companion plan in MyChart. Visit My Care Plans get started. This digital care plan will only be visible to you if your medical history indicates you’re a current smoker. Contact your provider with any questions about eligibility.

Hospital notes from your care team

Details written by your provider about your diagnosis, consultations and procedures are visible on the MyChart Bedside tablet and your mobile device, giving you more transparency into what your care team is documenting. Ask your hospital care team if you need help using MyChart Bedside.

Your care schedule in the hospital
