MyChart Prompt

Step 1: Log in to your MyChart account with your username and password.

If you have forgotten your username or password you can reset your account on the MyChart log in page.
2 Edit settings

Step 2: Open your Account Settings in MyChart

You may be prompted to set up Face ID, Touch ID or Passcode upon logging in. Tap 'Set Up Now.'

If you are not prompted you can navigate to your account settings by selecting the three dots in the upper right corner.

Once in account settings tap the toggle to enable Face ID, Touch ID or Passcode.

If you do not remember any of your information, or you do not have a valid e-mail address on file, you will have to contact MyChart Technical Support at 614-366-6975 to regain access to your MyChart account.
