I'm a new patient and the doctor told me he wanted me to continue my medicine and added another. he said OSU has a courier service and would deliver the Meds and someone would come into the home and explain how to use them (I didn't need this help but told the doctor that was fine). Since we live in Lancaster I asked what would happen if they didn't deliver and he said the Meds would be overnighted. Since I hadn't seen a courier or received a phone call regarding one I was worried I'd miss them -so I called my local pharmacy to make sure I didn't misunderstand. no perscriotioms were sent there. I called the doctors office and they had no idea what courier service the doctor was talking about and he apparently didn't send any perscriotions anywhere accordingto the person I was speaking to. I told the doctor on the day of my appointment had one pen left so definitely need a new script ASAP. I had to make three separate phone calls for them to straighten out the medication issue - at the end I was toldDr Joseph is only in the clinic on Tuesdays. I find that an unacceptable excuse for why my scripts weren't filled in a timely fashion and also an unreasonable excuse as to why I had to make three separate phone calls regarding the issue, especially since it has to do with health
