BUILDING NAME UPDATES
The new University Hospital will open Feb. 22. We are updating the name of some of our locations. The Brain and Spine Hospital is now called University Hospital – Pavilion (UH Pavilion). Learn more about our updated building names.
Neurological Specialty Care, located on the 12th floor of University Hospital – Pavilion, offers you follow-up care after initial specialty procedures that are provided throughout University Hospital – Pavilion. These procedures include services for stroke, epilepsy and headache; spinal and endovascular surgery; and orthopedic care for the spine.
Neurological Specialty Care allows you to receive follow-up care in the same location and from the same providers you’ve already been seeing for expert neurology care.

Parking
General Parking Instructions
The garage closest to University Hospital – Pavilion is the 11th Ave. Garage, which is open 24/7, but does not offer shuttle service. The next closest parking facilities in order of walking distance are the SAFEAUTO Garage, the 12th Avenue Garage and the Wexner Medical Center Garage.
Be sure to bring your garage ticket with you to get it validated at the Patient Experience desk in the main lobby or at a registration desk.

Valet Parking
The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center main campus offers valet services at each of the following locations:
- University Hospital
- Ohio State Emergency Department
- Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute
- University Hospital – Rhodes Hall/Doan Hall
- University Hospital – Pavilion
The cost for valet parking is $10 per day, and there is a maximum charge of $50 for five or more consecutive days. Valet accepts cash, credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
After your visit, you can request your vehicle by:
- Presenting your ticket at the cashier podium
- Calling the valet team using the phone number on your ticket
- Scanning the QR code on your ticket
- Using the “Text Down” feature listed on your ticket
Valet service is also available at Martha Morehouse Outpatient Care, Outpatient Care Dublin, Outpatient Care New Albany and East Hospital. Valet costs may vary by location.
Disability Parking
Parking for our guests with disabilities is available in all patient and visitor garages on the main medical center campus. For easiest self-park access University Hospital – Pavilion, use the 11th Avenue Garage.
