Staff in front of the Mobile Education Kitchen The James Mobile Education Kitchen (MEK) team – culinary educators Cameron Stauffer, RDN and Chef Michael Carnahan - is looking forward to another busy summer on the road. Spanning from May to October, the MEK team partners with local organizations and healthcare initiatives to promote healthy eating and disease prevention through food.

See the list below for public events where the MEK will be showcasing healthy, cancer-preventive foods and how to prepare them.

You can request the James Mobile Education Kitchen at your event and view the MEK team’s recipes.
