Spring has sprung, new produce is in-season! Here are some nutritious seasonal fruit & vegetable options to look out for:

Avocados

Rich in healthy fats, fiber and potassium! Avocados are also high in Vitamins K, E, C, and folate!

Bananas

A wonderful source of potassium! They also provide Vitamin C, B6, fiber, and carbohydrates!

Blackberries

Rich in antioxidants and are clinically proven to be preventative against multiple forms of cancer! Blackberries also provide high amounts of fiber, Vitamin C & K, and manganese.

Carrots

The most potent source of beta-carotene (Vitamin A), while also rich in fiber, potassium, and other antioxidants!
