The James Mobile Education Kitchen participated in the 6th Annual Columbus Mac and Cheese Festival, where they showcased their dedication to promoting both delicious flavors and nutritional awareness. At the heart of their mission lies the commitment to educating the community about the importance of nutrition and culinary education in reducing cancer risk. For this cheesy extravaganza, they prepared two delectable mac and cheese dishes that satisfied taste buds and aligned with their health-conscious objectives. The first, a Crawfish Gouda Mac and Cheese offered a mouthwatering blend of creamy Gouda cheese and succulent crawfish, a delightful indulgence for all mac and cheese enthusiasts. In addition, they presented a Vegan Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese, demonstrating that it's possible to enjoy the cheesy goodness while embracing a veggie-forward, plant-based approach to eating. This festival showed that even at the cheesiest of events, they remain steadfast in their commitment to promoting nutrition and culinary education for cancer risk reduction.
